ABOUT TCSPORTSTHERAPY
My name is Tristan, I run Total Control Sports Therapy.
There are 3 main services I provide,
1 . Sports & Soft Tissue Massage
2. Injury Treatment (sports therapy)
3. Classes & 1-2-1's - Pilates & Yoga
I set up my first private practice back in 2015 and try to always offer you the patient the highest standard of treatment and care possible to ensure your long term health and wellness in regards to whatever service or treatment you require.
